OnMobile Global Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut for all Designated Persons and Insiders starting from January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. All designated persons within the company have been duly notified and instructed not to engage in any trading of OnMobile Global Limited's securities during this period. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results will be communicated in due course.
