Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has announced a change in directorship. The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, has entrusted Shri Vikram Saxena, who is already serving as Director (Technology & Field Services) (DIN: 10892368), with the additional charge of the post of Director (Strategy & Corporate Affairs). This additional responsibility has been assigned for a period of three months, commencing from March 1, 2026. The charge will remain in effect until a regular incumbent is appointed to the post or until further orders are issued, whichever occurs earliest. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
