Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has announced the appointment of four new Executive Directors, effective January 19, 2026. These appointments are in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The newly appointed Executive Directors are Balraj Kumar Kotta, Pawan Kumar Jalutharia, Hemant Ramlu Mulka, and Vivek Singh Chand. All four individuals are engineering graduates with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, having joined ONGC in various engineering roles.

Shri Balraj Kumar Kotta, an engineering graduate in Electronics Engineering from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, brings 36 years of experience and has served in multiple locations including Baroda, Nazirai, Hazira, and Delhi. Shri Pawan Kumar Jalutharia, an engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan University with an HRM Master's from Sikkim Manipal University, also has 36 years of experience across Dehradun, Mumbai, Uran, Agartala, Ahmedabad, Nazira, and Delhi.

Shri Hemant Ramlu Mulka, a chemical engineering graduate from Nagpur University with an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, has 35 years of experience and has served in Hazira, Mehsana, Nazira, Ahmedabad, and Delhi. Shri Vivek Singh Chand, an electrical engineering graduate from Punjab University with an MBA in International Business from IIFT, Delhi, has 36 years of experience having served in Mumbai, Silchar, Delhi, Ankleshwar, and OVL.

These appointments signify a strengthening of ONGC's senior management team with experienced professionals.
