Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has announced a change in its senior management. Shri Bijay Rajeev has joined the company as Executive Director, a position one level below the Board, effective January 22, 2026. Shri Bijay Rajeev is an engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Bhagalpur University and holds an MBA in Marketing from IGNOU. He began his career with ONGC as an Assistant Executive Engineer (Production) at Hazira and has since served in various capacities across locations including Hazira, Baroda, Nazira, Ankleshwar, Delhi, and Mumbai. He brings with him a vast experience of 36 years in the oil and gas sector. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
