Effective from March 1, 2026, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mazumder, who held the designation of Executive Director, will be superannuating from his position. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
