Effective February 1, 2026, Mr. Ajay Dixit, who held the designation of Executive Director, will be superannuating from his position. This change is in accordance with the company's management structure. The company has formally disclosed this information to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
