The total transaction value is USD 33.37 million. The target entities operate in the Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) sector, focusing on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Contact Center services. They have shown consistent revenue growth, with turnover reported at USD 25.35 million in 2024, USD 24.18 million in 2023, and USD 19.84 million in 2022. The acquisition is not a related party transaction. The legal closing is scheduled for on or before March 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
