Omax Autos Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's adopted Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be shut for all 'Designated Persons' and their immediate relatives starting from January 01, 2026. The closure will persist until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Consequently, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the trading of Omax Autos shares during this period. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course.
