Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the launch of 'Ola Insiders', an exclusive community program designed for its existing customer base of over 1 million riders. The program offers three core benefits to existing customers. Firstly, Gen 1 and Gen 2 customers can upgrade to the latest Gen 3 S1 portfolio and Roadster motorcycles with benefits of up to ₹50,000. Secondly, existing customers can unlock add-on benefits of up to ₹20,000, including cashback and MoveOS upgrades, when purchasing an additional Ola vehicle under the same name. Thirdly, customers can earn up to ₹5,000 in Ola credits through a referral program upon successful delivery, with the referred buyer also receiving a ₹1,000 cashback. According to an Ola Electric spokesperson, the 'Ola Insiders' program aims to support seamless vehicle upgrades, enable multi-vehicle households, and encourage more individuals to adopt electric mobility. The company also detailed its current product portfolio, including the S1 Gen 3 scooters and Roadster X motorcycles with their respective configurations and prices.
