Ola Electric Mobility Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter that ended on December 31, 2025. This certificate has been received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).

The RTA confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and confirmed with the depositories. They also confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialization were duly verified, cancelled, and the name of the depositories was substituted in the register of members within the stipulated timelines.
