Ola also unveiled the concept for Diamondhead, India's first electric superbike, at Sankalp 2025. The company emphasized its commitment to accessibility with initiatives like the sold-out Ola Muhurat Mahotsav and the Hyperdelivery service, offering same/next-day scooter delivery. The first Hyperservice Centre was launched in Bangalore, promising same-day service for most issues, with a nationwide rollout planned for 2026.

Innovation was a major focus, with Ola developing India's first certified indigenous Ferrite motor and the 4680 Bharat Cell, India's first dry electrode cell.
