Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the dispatch of a Postal Ballot Notice, dated January 19, 2026, to its shareholders. This notice seeks approval for special business through a special resolution via remote e-voting only. The electronic copies of the notice and explanatory statement were sent on January 28, 2026, to members registered as of January 23, 2026. Physical copies are not being sent, in line with MCA circular exemptions. The advertisements regarding the Postal Ballot Notice and remote e-voting instructions were published on January 30, 2026, in the Financial Express (English) and Vishwavani News (Kannada). The notice is also available on the company's website (olaelectric.com) and the stock exchanges' websites. The e-voting facility will be available from Friday, January 31, 2026, 9:00 AM IST, until Saturday, February 28, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. Mr. Pramod S M or Mr. Biswajit Ghosh of BMP & Co. LLP have been appointed as Scrutinisers to conduct the postal ballot process. The results will be declared within two working days of the e-voting conclusion and will be published on the company and stock exchange websites. Members with shares in physical form who have not updated their email IDs are requested to do so with MUFG India Private Limited.
