OCCL Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rajneesh Dhiman as Senior Management Personnel, effective February 04, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on Wednesday, February 04, 2026. Mr. Dhiman has been appointed as the Head – Sales and Marketing. He brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the chemicals and materials industry, with a focus on specialty, rubber, and commodity chemicals, including Insoluble Sulphur, Carbon Black, and related products. His expertise spans sales and marketing leadership, pricing, margin management, market development, customer engagement, and strategic business planning in both domestic and international markets. Mr. Dhiman rejoined OCCL Limited in the first week of January 2026. Previously, he held a leadership role as Lead – Sales at Balkrishna Industries Limited. Prior to that, he was associated with OCCL from December 2017 to June 2025, most recently serving as General Manager – Sales & Marketing. In that role, he managed India's sales and marketing operations and a business portfolio exceeding ₹150 crore. He has also held senior positions at Continental Carbon India Limited and Arjowiggins India Private Limited. The company has confirmed that Mr. Dhiman is not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority.
