Oberoi Realty Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter (Q3FY26) and nine months of FY26, ending December 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenues of ₹1,561.74 crore for Q3FY26, an increase from ₹1,460.27 crore in Q3FY25. For the nine-month period of FY26 (9MFY26), consolidated revenues stood at ₹4,480.56 crore, up from ₹4,260.84 crore in 9MFY25.

The consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3FY26 was ₹622.50 crore, a slight increase from ₹617.82 crore in the same quarter last year. For 9MFY26, the consolidated PAT was ₹1,802.96 crore, compared to ₹1,791.55 crore in 9MFY25.

Mr. Vikas Oberoi, Chairman & Managing Director, commented on the results, noting the stable economic environment supported by steady domestic demand. He highlighted the steady performance across residential, commercial, and retail businesses, with consistent leasing activity in commercial assets and healthy footfalls at their malls. The company plans to actively pursue attractive land opportunities in 2026, supported by a strong development pipeline and prudent capital management.

In addition to financial performance, Oberoi Realty received the Great Place To Work® Certification for November 2025 – November 2026. Several of its projects and malls also received accolades at the GRI Awards and Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards.
