Oberoi Realty Limited has issued a clarification regarding media reports suggesting a restraint on fresh allotments in its project ‘Three Sixty North’ in Gurugram. The company stated that the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, passed an order on July 7, 2026, uploaded on July 9, 2026, in a Writ Petition filed by Advance India Projects Limited. The court directed the Director, Town and Country Planning, to decide a complaint by July 20, 2026, with a further two-week extension if needed, after hearing all stakeholders. Critically, the court ordered that until the complaint is decided, no further allotments shall be made by the respondents, and no further third-party rights shall be created. Oberoi Realty clarified that this order does not affect existing sales already concluded, as disclosed on July 5, 2026, and there is no stay on the construction of the project. The company believes the order does not have any adverse material impact on its business and operations and will pursue the necessary legal course of action. The company secretary, Bhaskar Kshirsagar, signed the clarification.
