Oberoi Realty Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Akashi Modi as General Manager (GM) – Investor Relations, a senior management personnel. This appointment is effective January 19, 2026.

Ms. Modi brings over 15 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, and investor relations consultancy. Her expertise encompasses developing and managing IR strategies, cultivating investor relationships, and financial modeling. She holds an MS in Finance and is a CFA charterholder from ICFAI University. Prior to this role, she has worked with Sunteck Realty Limited and JP Morgan India Pvt Ltd.
