Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results at a meeting held on January 15, 2026.

For the third quarter of FY26, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹49.37 crore, a significant improvement compared to a loss of ₹61.37 crore in the same period last year. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹2,701.27 crore for the quarter.

The nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, saw a consolidated net profit of ₹218.96 crore, a turnaround from a loss of ₹143.70 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Total consolidated income for the nine months was ₹8,052.98 crore.

On a standalone basis, the company posted a net profit of ₹56.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to a loss of ₹44.15 crore in the prior year's quarter. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹2,377.96 crore for the quarter.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone net profit was ₹179.94 crore, a substantial increase from a loss of ₹75.05 crore in the same period last year. Total standalone income for the nine months amounted to ₹7,010.70 crore.

The company's cement segment revenue for the quarter was ₹2,455.83 crore, with segment results at ₹166.43 crore. The Ready Mix Concrete and Others segment recorded revenue of ₹256.51 crore and a loss of ₹6.00 crore for the quarter.

The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The statutory auditors have carried out a limited review of these financial results.
