Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited has announced the consummation of its acquisition of 100% of the securities of Algebra Endeavour Private Limited. This transaction, previously intimated on November 17, 2025, was executed under a Securities Purchase Agreement with JSW Cement Limited and Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited. Algebra Endeavour Private Limited is the holding company of Vadraj Energy (Gujarat) Limited. With the completion of this acquisition, Nuvoco Vistas now holds full ownership of Algebra Endeavour Private Limited from the Sellers.
