Nureca Limited has submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹79.16 crore for the quarter, a significant increase from ₹7.91 crore in the same period last year. Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹3.64 crore, compared to a loss of ₹0.23 crore in Q2 FY25. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹155.79 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹4.92 crore.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for the second quarter of FY26 was ₹71.66 crore, and profit after tax was ₹3.14 crore. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, standalone revenue was ₹143.29 crore and profit after tax was ₹3.65 crore.

The company also addressed a clarification sought by the NSE regarding its financial results submitted on October 16, 2025. Nureca clarified that the machine-readable form was submitted on time and that a discrepancy in the XBRL filing, where 'Half-Yearly' was inadvertently selected instead of 'Quarterly', has been corrected. The financial numbers remain unchanged.
