Nucleus Software Exports Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Apurva Chamaria as the Chief Business Officer of the company, effective February 02, 2026. Dr. Chamaria brings over 23 years of extensive leadership experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, business development, and M&A. His career includes significant roles at organizations such as Ranbaxy, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, RateGain, and Google, where he most recently served as Global Head of Startups, VC & Private Equity Partnerships. In a previous role as Chief Revenue Officer at RateGain, he was instrumental in multi-fold revenue growth, demonstrating his capability in scaling businesses and building effective teams. Dr. Chamaria holds a distinguished academic background, being an alumnus of Mayo College, IIT Delhi, IIMC, IMI, and Harvard Business School. He is also recognized for his contributions to the industry, including being named a Campaign Asia 40 under 40 and a Fellow of the All-India Management Association (AIMA) in 2020. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). This appointment is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
