NTPC Green Energy Limited announced that a 300 MW capacity from its 500 MW Bhadla Solar PV Project in Phalodi, Rajasthan, has been declared commercially operational. This declaration follows the issuance of a certificate of commissioning by SECI & RRECL dated 14.01.2026. The commercial operation date for this part capacity is effective from 13.01.2026.

This development brings the total commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited Group to 8010.28 MW. With this addition, the total installed capacity of the NGEL Group now stands at 8310.28 MW.
