NTPC Green Energy Limited has announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). Following communication from both National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, the company's electronic connectivity will transfer from M/s KFin Technologies Limited to M/s Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Limited. This change is effective from February 03, 2026. Shareholders are advised to direct all matters concerning the company's equity shares to the new RTA, Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited, located at 3rd Floor, Beetal House, 99, behind Local Shopping Centre, Madangir Village, Madangir, New Delhi, Delhi 110062. A tripartite agreement between NTPC Green Energy Limited, the outgoing RTA (M/s KFin Technologies Limited), and the new RTA (M/s Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Limited) is currently in process and will be intimated in due course, as per Regulation 7(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
