Nova Agritech Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa from his position as Independent Director, effective January 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The resignation is due to professional commitments, and Mr. Adapa has confirmed no other material reasons exist.

The Board of Directors held a meeting on January 12, 2026, to acknowledge this resignation. Consequently, various Board Committees have been reconstituted. Mrs. Swapna Kandula has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. Adapa. Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao has been appointed as a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, also replacing Mr. Adapa. Additionally, Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani has been appointed as a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, replacing Mr. Adapa.

Furthermore, the IPO Committee of the Company has been dissolved, following the complete utilization of IPO proceeds. The Board meeting commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 3:50 PM on January 12, 2026.
