Nova Agritech Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa as an Independent Director, effective January 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM, due to professional commitments. The company confirmed there were no other material reasons for his departure.

The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 12, 2026, took note of Mr. Adapa's resignation. Consequently, various board committees were reconstituted.

The Audit Committee now includes Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani as Chairman, Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao as Member, and Mrs. Swapna Kandula as Member. Mrs. Swapna Kandula replaces Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa on this committee.

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be chaired by Mrs. Swapna Kandula, with Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao and Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani as members. Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao steps in for Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa.

For the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani will serve as Chairman, and Mrs. Swapna Kandula and Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao will be members. Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao replaces Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee will be chaired by Mr. Kiran Kumar Atukuri (Managing Director), with Mr. Adabala Seshagiri Rao and Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani as members. Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani replaces Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa on this committee.

Furthermore, the IPO Committee of the Company has been dissolved, as the entire proceeds from the IPO have been utilized.
