NOCIL Limited has submitted a compliance certificate for the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate was received from Kfin Technologies Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

Kfin Technologies Limited confirmed that during the specified period, they processed dematerialization requests within 15 days of receipt. This included confirming 77 requests for 22,160 shares and rejecting 18 requests for 5,490 shares. They also confirmed that the securities were listed on the stock exchanges where the company's shares are already listed. The registrar subsequently mutilated and cancelled the physical share certificates after verification and updated the register of members with the depositories' names as the registered owners for approved demat requests. This confirmation is being submitted to the depositories and stock exchanges in compliance with the regulations.
