NMDC Steel Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations for the quarter increased by 42.4% to ₹3,007.69 crore, up from ₹2,119.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the company posted a net loss of ₹333.19 crore, a significant improvement from the ₹1,900.40 crore loss reported in the same period last fiscal. Total income for the nine months stood at ₹9,822.67 crore, up from ₹5,717.07 crore in the prior year. The Board Meeting to approve these results commenced at 14:00 hrs and concluded at 14:35 hrs on February 3, 2026. The company's financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and have undergone a limited review by the statutory auditors, Sharad & Associates.
