NMDC Limited has announced a change in the composition of its Board of Directors. Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam, who was appointed as Director (Personnel) on 28.02.2025, has ceased to hold this position on 31.01.2026 upon attaining the age of superannuation. She has been relieved from her services with the company on the same date. The company has provided an updated list of its Directors on the Board. The functional directors include Shri Amitava Mukherjee (Chairman & Managing Director & Director (Finance) Addl. Charge), Shri Vinay Kumar (Director (Technical) & Director (Commercial) Addl. Charge), and Shri Joydeep Dasgupta (Director (Production) & Director (Personnel) Addl. Charge). Government Nominee Directors are Shri Ashish Chatterjee (Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Steel, Government of India) and Shri Abhijit Narendra (Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel, Government of India). The list of Non-Official Independent Directors comprises Shri Sanjay Tandon, Shri Bharat Babu rao Patil, Shri Mahendra Singh Rao, and Shri Achal Kumar Sinha.
