NLC India Limited has announced a revision to the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. Due to a trading holiday declared by the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Ltd. on January 15, 2026, the company has rescheduled the record date.

The new record date is now Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The interim dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders within the statutory timelines.

This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
