Nitin Spinners Limited announced its unadjusted financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 31, 2026, approved these results. For the third quarter of FY26, Nitin Spinners reported a profit after tax of ₹44.41 crore, marking a significant increase compared to ₹44.78 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹8006.79 lakh. The total revenue for the quarter was ₹8017.23 lakh. The Board also approved the execution of an agreement with LNB Renewable Energy Limited for setting up a 33 MW (AC)/49.50 MW (DC) Solar Power Plant at Village Chamu, District Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Additionally, a 8.05 MW (AC)/11 MW (DC) Solar Power Plant will be installed at Bhanwaria Kalan, Begun unit. The aggregate project cost for both solar power projects is estimated at ₹230 crore, to be financed through internal accruals and term loans. Furthermore, the company announced that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the company's shares will open from February 03, 2026, for directors, designated persons, and connected individuals.
