Nitco Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Sitanshu Satapathy from his positions as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 13, 2026.

The reason cited for his departure is his future plans for self-engagement. The company has expressed its appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Mr. Satapathy during his tenure.

Consequently, Mr. Satanshu Satapathy will also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of Nitco Limited from the effective date of his resignation. The company has attached the necessary disclosures as required under SEBI regulations.
