NIIT Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a Net Revenue of ₹1,014 million, marking a 3% year-on-year increase, though a 3% decrease quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA stood at ₹10 million, and Profit After Tax was ₹39 million. Revenue from Technology programs saw a significant 20% year-on-year growth, contributing 76% to the total revenue. The Consumer business accounted for 38% of total revenue, while the Enterprise business contributed the remaining 62%. The Board of Directors took these results on record during their meeting on January 30, 2026. During the quarter, NIIT launched the 'Building Agentic AI Systems' program, designed to equip engineers with skills for building and managing autonomous AI systems. StackRoute, an NIIT venture, reported strong momentum, onboarding new enterprise customers and expanding multi-geo engagements in areas like GenAI and cybersecurity. RPS Consulting, a subsidiary, deepened its enterprise AI footprint with large-scale engagements, and iamneo, another venture, launched 'Agent Smith', an AI coaching suite. Other highlights include the expansion of NIIT's BFSI training infrastructure with a third residential campus, partnerships with leading NBFCs for upskilling programs, and collaboration with a bank for a TPaaS program for Wealth Relationship Managers.
