NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NIIT MTS) announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter of FY2025-2026, ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated Net Revenue of ₹499.7 crore, marking a 5% increase quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and a significant 19% rise year-on-year (YoY). EBITDA stood at ₹103.8 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 21%, showing a 46 basis points improvement QoQ. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged by 58% QoQ to ₹74.3 crore and increased by 20% YoY. During the quarter, NIIT MTS added 4 new Managed Training Services (MTS) clients, bringing the total client count to 107 and maintaining a revenue visibility of USD 415 million. The company also secured 4 contract renewals and expanded the scope of work with one existing client. In a strategic move, NIIT MTS completed the acquisition of SweetRush, Inc., a San Francisco-based company specializing in AI-enabled custom learning experience design, in January 2026. The acquisition, completed through NIIT MTS’ wholly owned subsidiary NIIT (USA), Inc., is for an aggregate consideration of up to USD 26 million, including performance-based earnouts over five years. Vijay K. Thadani, Co-founder NIIT and Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NIIT MTS, highlighted the company's strong growth trajectory driven by its AI-enabled business model, with AI offerings now contributing 11% to revenue. He emphasized that the addition of SweetRush strengthens the company's ability to deliver comprehensive, human-centered learning experiences at enterprise scale. Sapnesh Lalla, CEO and Executive Director, NIIT MTS, commented on the double-digit year-over-year growth, attributing it to strong client retention and new client wins. He noted the company's unique positioning to help enterprises build AI-ready workforces. The company also received 64 Brandon Hall Excellence Technology and Ed Tech awards and was recognized as a Top 20 IT and Technical Training Company by Training Industry for the sixteenth consecutive year.
