NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NLSL) has announced the dissolution of its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, MST UK Limited, effective March 3, 2026. This follows an earlier intimation on December 9, 2025, when MST Holding GmbH, Germany, a subsidiary of NLSL, had filed an application for the striking off and dissolution of MST UK Limited, which was an inoperative entity. The dissolution of MST UK Limited by the Companies House/Registrar of Companies is not expected to have any impact on the financial statements or operations of NIIT Learning Systems Limited. The move was undertaken to streamline and simplify the overall corporate structure and will not alter the shareholding pattern of any other subsidiary or step-down subsidiary of the company.
