The confirmation of this incorporation was received on December 19th, 2025. This move follows a board meeting outcome on November 7th, 2025. Neueon Power Limited has an authorized capital of ₹10,00,000, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, consisting of 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. The company's business will focus on setting up power plants, solar and renewable energy systems, hybrid energy systems, and energy storage plants. It will also provide consultancy services for energy efficiency and conservation projects on a turnkey basis. NPL has been incorporated in India on December 19th, 2025, and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. As NPL has yet to commence business operations, its turnover for the last three years is not applicable. Neueon Corporation Limited will hold 100% of the share capital of NPL. The company is currently in the process of updating its name from Neueon Towers Limited to Neueon Corporation Limited as per regulatory requirements.
