Netweb Technologies India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting scheduled for considering these financial results in due course. This measure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct.
