Netweb Technologies India Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter of Financial Year 2025-26, ending December 31, 2025. The company reported a record-breaking quarter with its highest-ever income and profit.

Operating Income for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹8,049.3 million (₹804.9 crore), representing a substantial year-over-year growth of 141.0% and a quarter-over-quarter growth of 165.0%. The Operating EBITDA increased by 127.1% YoY to ₹979.5 million (₹97.95 crore), with an Operating EBITDA margin of 12.2%. Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a significant rise of 146.7% YoY to ₹733.1 million (₹73.31 crore), resulting in a PAT margin of 9.0%. Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) was ₹12.94.

The company highlighted the successful execution of a large strategic order valued at ₹4,503.9 million (₹450.39 crore), reinforcing its position as India's largest OEM in high-end computing solutions. AI Systems contributed approximately 64.2% to the Q3 FY26 revenue and 47.6% to the 9M FY26 revenue, indicating a strong focus on artificial intelligence solutions. The company also noted sustained demand in its other core segments: HPC and Private Cloud.

Mr. Sanjay Lodha, Chairman and Managing Director, expressed satisfaction with the performance, emphasizing the company's commitment to in-house design and manufacturing aligned with the ‘Make in India’ initiative. He stated that Netweb's focus on HPC, Private Cloud, and AI Systems continues to drive its leadership in the High-End Computing Systems (HCS) space.
