Nestlé India Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, 30th January 2026, to consider the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025. In conjunction with this announcement, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st January 2026 to 1st February 2026, inclusive of both days.
