Nestlé India Limited has announced the nomination of Mr. Edouard Mac Nab as the new Executive Director – Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 1, 2026. This appointment is subject to necessary approvals and will be presented to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Mac Nab, currently Head of Finance & Control at Nestlé Canada, will succeed Ms. Svetlana Boldina. He brings over 25 years of international finance leadership experience across various regions and has a proven track record in business turnarounds, strategic planning, and digital transformation. Prior to his current role, he served as CFO at Nestlé France and held senior finance positions at Reckitt, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
