Nesco Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Designated Persons, Insiders, and their Immediate Relatives. The window will be shut from January 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
