Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 15, 2026, approved the issuance of a Corporate Guarantee. This guarantee will be provided in favor of Citibank N. A., Philippines, or any other overseas lender, on behalf of its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services Philippines Inc., Philippines. The aggregate amount of this Corporate Guarantee shall not exceed USD 6.00 million (approximately ₹50 crore).

The guarantee is intended to secure working capital facilities availed or to be availed by the Philippines subsidiary. The terms and conditions are subject to mutual agreement between Nephrocare Health Services Limited and Citibank N.A. The Board meeting commenced at 06:45 PM IST and concluded around 07:10 PM IST.

Upon execution of the Deed of Guarantee, the guaranteed amount will be recognized as a contingent liability for Nephrocare Health Services Limited. In the event of any default by the borrower, the company shall, upon demand, immediately and unconditionally pay the bank the amount demanded, up to the guaranteed amount. The company has confirmed that its promoter or promoter group does not have any interest in this transaction.
