* Hon’ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench, has directed a meeting of Manaksia Limited's equity shareholders on 10th January, 2026, via video conferencing/audio-visual means, to consider and approve the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Manaksia Limited and Manaksia Ferro Industries Limited. * The scheme concerns the demerger of the company's Metal Products Business undertaking. * The NCLT dispensed with the requirement for meetings of Secured Creditors of Manaksia Limited and Unsecured Creditors of Manaksia Ferro Industries Limited, given their consent via affidavit. * It also dispensed with the need for a meeting of Manaksia Ferro Industries Limited's equity shareholders, as all shareholders provided written consent in 100% to the scheme via affidavits. * Mr. Kuldip Mullick, Advocate, is appointed as the Chairperson of the meeting, and Barksha Dikshit is appointed as the Scrutinizer.
