NCC Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated turnover of ₹4,397.61 crore for the third quarter, a decrease from ₹5,382.86 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹436.24 crore, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of ₹122.46 crore, compared to ₹440.90 crore and ₹133.83 crore respectively in the prior year's quarter. Basic and Diluted EPS for the third quarter was ₹1.95, down from ₹2.06 in the previous year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, consolidated turnover was ₹14,693.42 crore, against ₹14,085.51 crore in the previous year. The EBITDA for the nine months was ₹1,285.67 crore, and the net profit attributable to shareholders was ₹469.30 crore, compared to ₹1,361.76 crore and ₹566.06 crore respectively in the prior year. Basic and Diluted EPS for the nine months was ₹7.47, down from ₹9.82 in the previous year. On a standalone basis, the company reported a turnover of ₹4,042.27 crore for the third quarter, down from ₹4,219.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA was ₹222.51 crore, and the net profit was ₹82.01 crore, compared to ₹409.39 crore and ₹135.27 crore respectively. Basic and Diluted EPS for the third quarter was ₹1.30, down from ₹2.95 in the previous year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, standalone turnover was ₹12,297.07 crore, against ₹15,942.50 crore in the previous year. The EBITDA was ₹999.58 crore, and the net profit was ₹373.99 crore, compared to ₹1,249.34 crore and ₹545.69 crore respectively. Basic and Diluted EPS for the nine months was ₹5.95, against ₹8.59 in the previous year. In the third quarter of the current year, the company secured new orders aggregating to ₹12,430 crore. The order book stood at ₹79,571 crore on a consolidated basis as of December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors also approved the effective date of the amalgamation of NCC Infrastructure Holdings Limited (NCCIHL) with NCC Limited as February 28, 2026, upon the filing of the order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, with the Registrar of Companies. Upon becoming effective, NCCIHL will be dissolved without being wound up.
