HSCC (India) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL). This strategic collaboration aims to establish a comprehensive healthcare manufacturing and service ecosystem.

The collaboration will encompass the manufacturing and supply of medical devices, healthcare IT and digital solutions, consultancy services, project execution, joint procurement, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and warranty support, and advisory services.

Specific project-based agreements are to be executed separately. This MoU is considered to be in the normal course of business for HSCC (India) Limited.
