NBCC (India) Limited has announced changes in the leadership of its wholly-owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited, following Office Orders dated February 4, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India. Shri Novman Ahmed, the Managing Director of HSCC (India) Limited, has been approved for repatriation to his parent cadre, NBCC (India) Limited, with immediate effect. Concurrently, Shri Praveer Kumar, Joint Secretary (NUDM) at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has been assigned the additional charge of the post of Managing Director at HSCC (India) Limited. This interim arrangement will remain in effect until a regular incumbent assumes charge or until further orders are issued. The company has stated that these orders are administrative in nature and do not record any findings of violation or contravention. NBCC (India) Limited does not anticipate any material financial impact on its operations, as the changes are intended to ensure the continuity of leadership and operations at HSCC (India) Limited.
