Nazara Technologies Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter and the first nine months of FY26. The company reported revenue of ₹406 crore for Q3FY26, with EBITDA growing by 29.4% year-on-year to ₹67.8 crore, and EBITDA margins expanding to 16.7%. For the nine-month period of FY26 (9MFY26), Nazara's revenue increased by 29.7% year-on-year to ₹1,431.2 crore. EBITDA for 9MFY26 saw a significant jump of 73% year-on-year, reaching ₹177.2 crore, with margins expanding to 12.4%. The company highlighted the resumption in subscriber growth for its product Kiddopia, driven by its Centres of Excellence in User Acquisition, Data Analytics, Growth & Product. Nazara also expanded its IP footprint with Animal Jam on Roblox, enabling new platform-led growth. Its associate company, NODWIN gaming, also demonstrated strong operational performance and profitability. Furthermore, the board approved an investment in nCore Games, the developers of the 'FAU-G' franchise, and a primary capital infusion of up to ₹15 crore into Rusk Media, a mobile-first entertainment platform targeting Gen-Z and Gen-A audiences. These investments aim to support the Indian gaming ecosystem.
