Navneet Education Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 30, 2026. For the third quarter of FY26, Navneet Education reported a standalone profit after tax of ₹117 crore, a significant increase from ₹26 crore in the same quarter last year. The standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹251 crore. The nine-month standalone profit after tax was ₹272 crore, compared to ₹772 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The nine-month standalone revenue from operations was ₹1,289 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company posted a profit after tax of ₹188 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, a substantial rise from ₹15 crore in the prior year's quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹250 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the consolidated profit after tax was ₹330 crore, down from ₹757 crore in the same period last year. The consolidated revenue from operations for the nine months was ₹1,291 crore. The results include an exceptional gain of ₹119 crore for the standalone entity and ₹241 crore for the consolidated entity in the quarter ended December 31, 2025. These gains are primarily due to a fair valuation gain on investments in K12 Techno Services Private Limited and an additional gratuity liability on account of the New Labour Code. In contrast, the prior year's nine-month period saw exceptional gains of ₹604 crore (standalone) and ₹686 crore (consolidated) related to divestment and fair value gains from investments in K12 Techno Services Private Limited. The company also announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Navneet Global FZE, in Fujairah, UAE, on January 19, 2026. Additionally, the Board of Directors had previously approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement on January 8, 2026, for demerging the publishing business of Indiannica Learning Private Limited into Navneet Education Limited, subject to NCLT approvals. The Board meeting commenced at 11:50 a.m. and concluded at 3:20 p.m. on January 30, 2026.
