Navkar Corporation Limited has announced that its ultimate holding company, JSW Infrastructure Limited, will be participating in several investor meetings throughout February 2026. These meetings are scheduled to take place on the following dates: February 9th, 2026, for the Nuvama India Conference 2026; February 12th, 2026, for the Advantage India - Axis Capital's Flagship India Conference; February 24th, 2026, for IIFL’s 17th Enterprising India Global Investors’ Conference; and February 25th, 2026, for Kotak Annual Flagship Investor Conference – Chasing Growth 2026. All meetings will be held in Mumbai and will include group and one-on-one sessions. The company has also noted that these schedules are subject to change due to any exigencies. This announcement is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
