Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited has announced the incorporation of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named “NARAYANA HEALTHCARE NORTH PRIVATE LIMITED” on January 16, 2026. This new entity, with an authorized capital of ₹10,00,000 and paid-up capital of ₹5,00,000, is registered in Karnataka and will focus on operating hospitals and providing healthcare services.

The incorporation is aimed at optimizing the company's presence in the Northern region of the country, leveraging its existing foothold and the latent potential for growth. The subsidiary's primary object is to carry on the business of healthcare services, including hospitals and health and wellness management.

The company has subscribed to 50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, aggregating to ₹5,00,000, acquiring 100% shareholding and control in the newly formed subsidiary. As the subsidiary has just been incorporated and has not yet commenced business, its turnover is not applicable. This move is part of Narayana Hrudayalaya's strategic initiative to establish a dedicated entity for its operations in the northern region.
