Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, CREATIVE LOGIPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. The new entity has an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000, with Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited subscribing to 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each at par, acquiring 100% control.

CREATIVE LOGIPARK PRIVATE LIMITED is established to carry on the business of warehousing and storage. The subsidiary is a related party to the parent company, but promoters and promoter groups do not have any interest in this transaction, which is conducted at arm's length. The subsidiary has a share capital of ₹1,00,000 and a turnover of Nil as it is yet to commence operations. The acquisition is considered a cash transaction, with the payment made on January 19, 2026.

This incorporation is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
