Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. This closure applies to promoters, directors, key managerial persons, and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for considering and declaring these financial results in due course. This measure is in compliance with the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures, and conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by Insiders, as well as the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
